Australia & New Zealand delivery (Zone 1)

We offer free shipping on orders above $75 across the whole BullionCare range within Australia & New Zealand. We're dedicated to ensuring your shopping experience is both cost-effective and hassle-free. If you're in a hurry, don't forget to explore our express shipping options available at checkout.

*Please note Australia Post and processing times may be delayed during the Christmas period and any sale periods. Please allow extra time to receive your order during these times.  

International delivery (Zone 2, 3, 4 & 5)

All orders are sent via Australia Post, DHL, FedEx and are fully trackable.

Standard Shipping (5-30 Business Days) for all International orders start off with a flat rate based approach, after multiple products are added to the cart then weight based shipping is triggered. 

We understand international orders can bring about concerns regarding local taxes and customs duties. Please be advised that BullionCare does not charge any local taxes on the international orders we dispatch. Instead, the corresponding local customs agency will assess and determine the taxes or duties owed on the importation of your purchased items. Upon this evaluation, you will be directly notified of any taxes or duties levied by your local authorities that are to be borne by you. We recommend contacting your local customs office for the latest information on the customs and import policies to avoid any unexpected charges.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping zone and the specificities of local customs clearance processes. We encourage international customers to consider these potential variables when placing an order. Delivery notes

- Orders sent to destinations outside of Australia may incur additional tax and/or customs charges when they arrive. Please check any import fees you may be liable for before ordering.

- We cannot grant a refund if your item is in transit.

- Please make sure your delivery address is correct to avoid delays.

- Once your order has been dispatched, it’s no longer possible to make changes on the shipping address. We encourage you to always double-check your address before placing your order.

- For all re-delivery of returned orders due to an incomplete, incorrect address or uncollected parcels, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order re-shipped to the correct shipping address.
