To ensure smooth delivery, please verify that the delivery details provided during checkout are accurate and do not overlap with other addresses. Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days upon receipt of cleared funds. You will receive an email confirmation upon purchase and another email once your package has been shipped.

Bullion Care provides full insurance for all shipped packages. In the event of a claim, it may take up to 10 business days for processing, after which you will be eligible for a refund or a replacement order. However, please note that we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that have been delivered and left unattended. Once delivery is confirmed, insurance claims for that order cannot be accepted.
