Returns Prior to Shipment

We can potentially put a hold on your order or provide a full refund upon approval. You'll be notified by email once your return is processed, and the refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Returns After Shipment

Should you wish to return an item after it has been shipped, please contact us at support@bullioncare.com.au. We accept returns, exchanges, or refunds within 30 days of purchase, as long as the items are in their original packaging and condition. Please note, products that have been opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a tracked service for your peace of mind. Once we receive and approve your return, you'll be notified via email, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Returns for Damaged Items
