DESCRIPTION:
Made with high-quality bonded clay graphite and premium grade raw materials, these crucibles are designed to handle temperatures up to 1593°D, and therefore, can handle the harsh direct heat from open flame foundries and high-frequency induction furnaces. Considered to be cleaner than our standard foundry crucibles, they can be used to melt both precious metals and ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. High refractoriness, good resistance to chemical corrosion, and offered in a variety of sizes.
